Our office is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

We see all patients on an appointment basis, and ask that you call in advance so that we may reserve time for you. We aim to see all patients on time, and request that you extend the same courtesy to us.

Please try to provide 24 hours prior notice for cancellations so that we can give your appointment time to another patient.

Emergency Care
We recognize that emergency situations arise, and we will respond to your problem as quickly as possible.

If an emergency happens during office hours, please call as early in the day as possible. We reserve time for patients with emergency needs, and you will be seen as quickly as possible.

If an emergency arises when the office is closed, call 252-443-7575 to reach the office voice mail for after-hours instructions.

Assistance by Phone
We encourage you to call with questions you may have concerning dental problems. Our staff is trained to address patient questions and will be able to provide answers most of the time. If you prefer to speak to one of the doctors, please leave a message. Dr. Mullen or Dr. Gaskins will return your call at the earliest opportunity.
