When treating our patients, we strive to create personalized and comprehensive treatment plans that are also affordable. Our business staff will provide you with a written estimate for treatment that requires more than one visit, and work with you to make financial arrangements.

We accept the following forms of payment: 1) cash or personal check; 2) Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover; and 3) Care Credit Charge Card.

Insurance
We ask that all patients pay for treatment at the time of service. If you have insurance, please bring your card and any other plan information to your first visit. Jane, our insurance associate, will help you file any claim paperwork following your visit. She is also happy to discuss any questions or concerns you might have about your coverage.

Our office is not affiliated with any insurance carrier, and for this reason, patients are responsible for any deductibles, co-pays, or outstanding balances not covered by their plans at the time of service. While your insurance is an arrangement made between you, your employer, and your insurance carrier, we will work with you to make the best use of your benefits.

If you do not have insurance, we ask for full payment at the time of service.
