From east- or westbound Hwy. 64, exit at the Winstead Avenue Extension. Take Winstead Avenue north approximately 3/4 of a mile, then take a right at the first light (English Road). The Medical Park will be immediately on your left.
Patient parking is in the east parking lot, to the rear of the building.
